These are my current favorite Boys names with a 3 energy, a number all about communication, self-expression, integration, and creativity:

Alexander Originally of Greek origin, meaning "defending men", this has been well-used through the ages. In the Top 100 even in 1880, this name has stayed popular throughout the last century and a half, taking a slight dip in use between 1918 and the 1960s, before it popped back into the Top 100 again. It peaked in 2009 at #4 and ranked at #13 in 2017. (See Also 'Numerology of Top 100 Boys Names of 2018'; 'Names Beginning with 'A'')

Austin This is a contracted form of the name 'Augustine' that came into use in the medieval period. It means "exalted, venerable" and became rather popular beginning in the 1980's, when it broke the Top 100 for the first time, peaking in '96 and '97 at #9. Austin remains popular at #75 in 2017. (See Also 'Numerology of Top 100 Boys Names of 2018'; 'Names Beginning with 'A'')

Cashel Of Irish origin, this stylish name means "castle". This hasn't yet become popular in the US, not even ranking in the Top 1000. (See Also 'Names Beginning with 'C'')

Doss Fitting into the last-name-as-first-name trend, this English name saw some use in the late 1800's, before falling into disuse (not even ranking in the Top 1000 names after 1892). (See Also 'Names Beginning with 'D'')

Graham This Scottish name is originally derived from a place called 'Grantham' and likely means "gravelly homestead". This has seen a slow-but-steady rise in use, from #866 in 1891 to #183 in 2017. (See Also 'Names Beginning with 'G'')

Harrison Meaning "son of Harry", this, too, is an English last-name-as-first-name moniker. This is beginning to see a resurgence since its original popularity in the late 1800's, ranking at #113 in 2017, nearly the lowest is has seen in over a century! (See Also 'Names Beginning with 'H'')

Leonardo I'm a big Leonardo DaVinci admirer (not to be confused with Leonardo DiCaprio-- but he's pretty cool, too), someone who was truly the epitome of the creative, integrative force of this energy in art, science, and invention! As the Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish version of Leonard, this name means, "brave lion". This recently broke the Top 100 Boy Names in the US at #97 in 2017. (See Also 'Names Beginning with 'L'')

Levi Another biblical name, this name most likely means "joined, attached". It broke the Top 100 for the first time in 2009 (#85) and rose to take #37 in 2017. (See Also 'Numerology of Top 100 Boys Names of 2018'; 'Names Beginning with 'L'')

Nathaniel I have to admit, this is one of my favorite boy names of all time! Originating from Hebrew, this means "God has given". This is the most popular spelling of the name, peaking in 1998 at #60. In 2017, this name fell out of the Top 100 at #112. (See Also 'Names Beginning with 'N'')

Theo Meaning "divine gift", this is a short form of the name 'Theodore'. After 60 years of disuse, this name broke into the Top 1000 names again only in 2010 (#913). In 2017, Theo already rose to #289-- still relatively unusual, though rising quickly! (See Also 'Names Beginning with 'T'')
